世界に広く分布する属で地生または着生する。日本ではクモキリソウやジガバチソウなどが知られる。中米諸国には数種が分布し、パナマではLiparis nervosaが知られている。
Liparis nervosa
この種類はパナマ、コスタリカ周辺に分布している。倒木などの上にしばしば見かけられる。わが国のコクランと同一種。
This genus is distributed widely throughout the world. Epiphytes or terrestrials.
Liparis kumokiri, L. Krameri, L. nervosa and etc. are known in Japan. Several Liparis are distiributed in Central America. Only L. Nervosa is known in Panama.
Liparis nervosa
This specie is distributed in Panama, Costa Rica and the neighboring area. It grows on rotten logs. This is the same species as the Kokuran in Japan.
Este género está distribuido ampliamente en todo el mundo. Puede ser epifita o terrestre. Liparis kumokiri, L. Krameri, L. nervosa y otras se conocen en Japón. Algunos Liparis están distiribuidos en America Central. Solo L. Nervosa se conoce en Panamá.
